How to use it:
1.Grasp cord in one hand,grasp tube in the other.
2.Pull out cord slowly while turning tune in a counterclockwise(twirling)motion, cap will pop out. remove thumbtack from top of cap and save for hanging.
3.Remove completely from tube or let tube dangle from fly strip as an anchor, hang with thumbtack or cord
4.When strip is full or fly ribbon is achieven,remove from hanging device and discard.
