Purchased at Hot Topic in the early 2000s
I have replaced the elastic straps with the ribbon laces and added extra lace to the back and also bottom lace tab so they sit better when wearing. They can be tied as shown in the picture or tied under the arms.
There is wire and boning to hold the wings out they are kinda of bendable but meant to sit straight out. I used to safety pin them to my tank top straps to get them just how I wanted them to look.
In excellent pre owned condition no peeling of the vinyl or tears.
