Vintage 14k Ring (5grams)

This is a beautiful vintage ring that was left to me from a grandparent. The ring is 14K yellow gold and still has eight Ruby stones inlaid that are in perfect condition. I can't find a marking on the ring, but the gold has been tested. I've had the ring in storage for approx 25 years. Unfortunately, the stone that was in the ring chipped and fell out when I accidentally ran it over with a heavy moving cart at the storage facility. I'm not sure what the stone was, but I put it in the pictures, and I will send it with the ring. The ring still has eight Ruby Stones, which I believe are baguettes because of their shape. The ring is a size 8 & weighs 5g without the stone. The jeweler did say that it would be easy and very inexpensive to set a new stone granted you supply the stone. you could also purchase a stone from a jeweler or have one cut or however you wish to go about it.
