10k yellow gold solid gold open hearts multi gemstone pendant

Signed 10k solid 10k yellow gold open hearts pendant with white gold accents. 2 small diamond chips, one in each of the white gold bands. It's made to look like there is a row of diamonds on the longer linear parts, but there is only one small diamond in each one. A common illusion effect on jewlery. There are multiple cool colored stones like aquamarine, blue topaz, blue sapphire, purple amethyst and a green emerald stone. Not sure if they are natural or lab made stones. I think they may be lab created stones. I am unsure if this is a custom family kind of pendant where members birthstones are placed or if it's just made like this because it looks pretty. May be a Jane Seymour open heart collection piece or similar style. Total weight is 2.96 grams. Heavier than most pendants. The gems don't account for much weight and range from size from approximately 3mm-2mm. There are 2 openings for the chain to thread through. 10k gold is approximately 36$ per gram today 10/22
