VTG 1908 Antique 75"x78" Crazy Quilt Everyday Fabrics Cotton Most Plaids Solids

This listing is for a vintage 1908 75"x78" antique crazy quilt in fair to vintage condition.  The blocks measure 15"x15".  The 15"x15" blocks are made up of everyday cotton and synthetic of dress, slack, suit fabrics.  Most of the fabrics are solids, plaids, and stripes.  There are a few prints interlaced among them.  The pieces and the blocks are outlined in feather stitch embroidery in a yellow gold color throughout.  The feather stitching is very well done.  The stitches are very even.  I have found a couple of places where the feather stitching is missing.  Most of the fabrics held up pretty good but there are some of the synthetic fabrics that have shredded (they did not hold up).  It is backed and bound with a cotton thinner like fabric in a camel tan or tanish gold.  There is no tacking or quilting.  There is a paper pinned to it and the information reads: Crazy Quilt 1908, Cotton, Centralia Illinois, This quilt was found in Nashville, Illinois.  The original quilt was very well
