Beautiful MCM (ca. 1960s) covered candy dish by Viking Glass:
- Epic Bird Candy Box #1312
- Ruby Red color (some Cadmium UV reactivity in bird & bowl rim, but this is Ruby & not Persimmon color)
- Has original Viking label/sticker
- Measures approx. 11” H x 6” D; tail is original, intact & has not been broken or repaired
- In great used vintage shape w/ no cracks, chips, stains or other damage; only a few very minor production flaws (e.g. one or two tiny internal bubbles, common to Viking glass) that I can find under close scrutiny; but please examine photos as item’s best representations to determine design, color (appearance of which varies by monitor/screen & lighting) & condition by your standards & ask any questions you may have prior to purchase
- I love this piece but have several & have had to move in w/family for health reasons so sadly must downsize; I’m a careful & experienced glass packer for shipping (will be double boxed)
