This is in great vintage condition! The tire is missing from the swing in the front and the hinge on one side of the part that lifts is broken (does not affect how it opens & closes). The lithos are wrinkled. Everything works as it should. There is some fading on lithos and Grover's face. Very nice clean vintage condition! Please view all photos carefully for complete content and condition.
