Tested and seems to be functioning properly. If you update the DiskStation Manager (DSM) to a newer version than what is currently installed it will run slow and very poorly due to this being an older model. Synology will NOT let you downgrade the DSM easily. I set the username to admin and the password is 12345. Make sure to change this right away. There will be a printed version of the user manual included. The power adapter is aftermarket.
