I do have a pair of these unusual lamps. The color on each lamp has been applied and if cleaned to well it does flake off. My assumption is that someone added the color. Both lamps work at the top socket but only the blue light engages on the bottom. The wiring is in place for the red, but it does not light up. I'm sure it could be fixed. The lamps are identical in size measuring 31 1/2" from the. base to the top of the finial, brass neck crown to the underside of socket 5 1/2" and 8" wide. No chips or cracks! This listing is for ONLY RED BASE LAMP!
