She is in fair condition and wearing a Twiggy dress. It’s Casey since her eye makeup is not as heavy as Twiggys plus her hair is longer than Twiggys pixie cut. There is some green by her left ear as pictured. Her eyelashes are nice. The dress is missing a button and the bottom of her feet need to be cleaned as I’m no good with cleaning older dolls like this so I didn’t try.
