Authentic Victorian @ 1880's ruffled hem petticoat. No labels. I believe the fabric is silk. Hook & eye closure. Hook in front with box pleat in back that would leave room for a bustle. 2 layers @ 12" from the hem. 2 layers of ruffles on the top layer. It has numerous tears and holes. The waist band is almost completely off. Many of the holes are small and should be easy to patch. Some of the larger tears can be stitched. It measures 39" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 12" at the waist but the hook can be moved to add 2-3 inches. I ship same or next business day
