Early 90s drop waist dress. The top is stretchy knit with a mock neck. The bottom is a pleated woven plaid. There is a zipper in the front that has an O ring pull.

Size - Labeled Small but I think it could also fit a modern Medium so check the measurements

Chest - 17.5" pit to pit, stretches to 20"
Sleeves - 9.5" from shoulder seam

Length - 31.5" (20.5" bodice, 11" skirt)
Condition - The black rib knit part look faded. There is a strip of the soft side of velcro in the shoulder seam so I guess it used to have removable shoulder pads that are no longer here. There are belt loops but no belt so it possibly originally had a belt that is no longer here.
