The hips measure at 50 to 54. The length of the waist to the hem of the high end is 44 inches, and the low end that gives you the DRAMATIC ENTRANCE AND EXIT is 68 inches!!! . It truly takes off in the wind. It's a photographers dream for a photo shoot. This was sewn by me and an exclusive. Made to be shot with a sexy top or none at all. Just hands covering.
