Vintage Handmade Plate Chargers Ethnic Ikat African Tribal Textile Art Heavyweight Set of 4
These unique plate chargers are hand-made one of a kind textile creations by artisans in Republic of Mali, in West Africa.
In soothing blue and tan shades, these folkloric plate chargers were made by weaving dried twigs through hand-dyed mudcloth fabric. Two lengths of twigs are used to create visual contrast in the mudcloth technique.
Each charger is unique as each is created with hand-made fabric with slight variations.
Very solid and heavyweight. Each charger sits on round base.
