Richly illustrated and with many photographs. Showcases the beautiful golf course and country club after 50 years of existence, tells of the people, the development and history of the club.
Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with mild rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges. Large tear to top edge of back cover and small puncture to rear joint of jacket. Boards are straight and clean, with corners faintly bumped. Binding is firm and spine is straight.
